How long does shipping take for my luggage?
We typically process orders within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, delivery usually takes between 3 to 7 business days.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day hassle-free return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging to initiate a return or exchange.
Do Nasher Miles products come with a warranty?
Yes, most of our bags and suitcases come with an international warranty ranging from 1 to 5 years, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.
How do I set the TSA lock on my suitcase?
The default code is 0-0-0. To reset it, press the reset button with a pen, dial your new code, and slide the latch to lock it in. Detailed instructions are included inside every bag.
Can I track my order in real-time?
Absolutely. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.
