Return Process

  Ensure the product is unused, with all original tags intact and packed in the original box to qualify for a successful pickup.

  Reverse Pickup

  Once approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the package at no additional cost to you.

  Refund Processing

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or as store credit within 7 business days.
